Will Taylor RBA SGFA

Will Taylor is a full-time artist and printmaker based in Rye, East Sussex.  He attended short schools at the Slade School of Fine Art London and Kent Institute of Art and Design Maidstone, but is pre- dominantly self-taught. He grew up in Liverpool and after a science and engineering education and a career in business chose a dramatically different direction to develop his interest in arts and creativity. 

His work is predominantly drawing based, embracing large-scale, enigmatic charcoals of animals and intriguing etchings. He was elected a member of the Royal Society of British Artists in 2018 and has been a member of the Society of Graphic Fine Art since 2005.  His work is in galleries in Kent and East Sussex, as well as in London at the Mall Galleries, Bankside Gallery and at the RA Summer Exhibition.
